Lessons From Meditation
Believe it or not, peace is present every moment of every day. Peace is our true nature. The potential to experience this peace is already here. In this course, you will discover the beginnings of Integrative Restoration, a research-based which stems from a 2,000-year-old form of meditation called Yoga Nidra, which is Sanskrit for the “yoga of sleep.” During the course you will have the opportunity to practice what you have learned, and experience firsthand how to integrate the practice into everyday living. You will also delve into the science behind mindfulness, so that it becomes uniquely interwoven as habit all your own.
